The giroslim in natural nettle has a shiny appearance and a soft hand that recalls silk: fresh and refined.

The fibers we use come from Giardina Diversifoglia, which grows naturally in the Nepalese highlands between 1800 and 3000 meters.

It is harvested and processed by a local community and then spun in Italy.

Thanks to this iconic sweater, we were able to take the first step towards studying the life cycle of our garments, allowing us to highlight the areas with high environmental, ethical, and social impact that require intervention.

The choice to produce only on demand, locally and involving healthy and traceable companies in the supply chain, has allowed us to track the product and collect certain and transparent data on environmental, ethical, and social impact. The analysis also allows us to experiment with advanced finishing cycles that can compared to standard cycles and almost completely avoid the use of chemical additives..

The fibers are obtained from wild nettle, a plant derived from the Urticaceae family. Cellulose and nutrients are obtained from this plant in addition to textile fibers. The nettle we choose comes from the highlands of Nepal.
Used as early as the Bronze Age, it has recently been rediscovered due to its totally natural extraction.
Elasticity, strength and luster as well as increasing strength over time. The fabric obtained from it is soft and breathable.
Like all Liberian fibers, it boasts breathable, antistatic and insulating properties, thanks to the hollow fibers, while also being hypoallergenic.
